cool thread. I'm cleaning out a closet and have boxes of cards from mid 80s to early 90s. lots of jordans, griffeys, bo jacksons, shaqs. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this stuff for a few bucks? I don't have the time to do each card individually online. so much for the tens of thousands I thought they'd be worth! it was great fun though

Cards from the 80s and 90s wont get you much. Cards from then we're so overproduced that they're just not worth much from that era....

I collected baseball and basketball cards as a kid. I remember saving up my allowance to buy a complete set one time. Over the years it has depreciated in value about 50%. Glad I wasn't counting on that being a good investment

As an adult, I have amassed a small autograph collection. Mostly they are players from my alma mater (University of South Carolina), but have a few professional ones too. One of my favorites is Francisco Cabrera, whose claim to fame is driving in Sid Bream to send the Braves to the World Series.

Desert Shield cards and the Colorado/Miami UD Inaugural sets are quite desirable too.

Just an FYI.  I'm still ISO the Jeter Inaugural.
