My Albany Download is stuck on 14 Grievance

Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do to get this thing going again? Id like to listen to these tracks soon.

    close the d/l window, restart windows, open program, it will download fine from where you stopped.

    well, at least you got to hear it.

    I bought the Albany download, and never got a 'start button'. I don't know how to get it. $10.74 down the drain.
