Barclay's Libor Scandal

I am trying to understand the latest bankster scandal. Can someone assist as to the latest manipulation and crimes against our 'free markets'. Blood has and will be spilled at Barclay's but according to other news outlets this will permeate institutions worldwide.

Besides Taibbi at RS, where is this being reported in depth? Please fill in the blanks of another top down scandal that has repercussions from credit card debt, to mortgage rates.... :fp: :roll: :nono:
