    agreed!

there are some really cool bands listed in this thread!

    i would add BILLY TALENT.
they're quite big in europe (where i live) and their hometown canada but still very underrated in the US.

The Coral. I bought their singles collection album (aka greatest hits). And was pretty amazed at how awesome most of the songs were. I only knew about 5-6 before. Wish i had gotten into them a little earlier though.

I hung out with them while they toured opening for my friend Michael Franti on his Yell Fire US Tour. They toured the northeast coast and the band rocked through 5 cities 2006. They gave me so much incite into their music and of course their love of Boston sports.

Awesome three piece band and I love three piece bands.

    Peace

  • I respect everyone's opinion but the most underrated band in history is Thrice. Too bad they recently broke up before most people knew who they are. So

This may be sacrilege 'round these parts, but Clutch is the best straight up rock 'n' roll band out there. I'll be seeing them in April in Grand Rapids, Mich., for the 51st time.

51st time? Big fan eh? :) That's 8-) . I just discovered them (due to my brother who recommended me to listen to "Regulator") a couple of weeks ago. They're good stuff!
