    I have that Shirt :)

I wish I could see it. He's blocking it with the guitar. He should've played the guitar up behind his head. :)
You mean Mike McCready style

Well he was the first one that came too mind  hehe

Edge reminds me of a mix between McCready & Harrison.

    Beautiful composer, musician, man.

    And holy hell, whatta voice.

We're off to go visit the Martin Sheen (in San Francisco on the wharf, Pier 19) one of the ships in the small fleet Sea Shepherd Conservation Society uses to protect endangered sea life. So looking forward to this!

Have a great day, stay cool, catch ya'll later.

Feels like today of all days this thread needs to get bumped.

We are off to see Joan Baez tonight. I'm sure she will have some thoughts on recent events.

Too early and too much to do for me to crack open a cold one yet but DAMN would it ever be a good day for it.

Jimmy, I only know a few songs of hers, but Diamonds and Rust was my first introduction. So so pretty, yet heavy.

Enjoy, and cheers on bumping this.

Musically, so many directions to go. Rage it out, or just chill?

Nice mix of the two. Sometimes that's all that'll suffice, and fill 'er up :)

Hey hedo, Looks like you just introduced me to that nice voice! ^
Heard of him but never listened properly...maybe it wasn't my Kind of Music.

kce, between him and Fantastic Negrito (I always want to say his name as Fantastico! - emphasis on that exclamation point), it's so nice to have found new music and voices with which I connect. Doesn't happen too often for me these days.

While waiting for my sweetie to get home, I'm watching an old Johnny Carson from the mid-80's, with Carlin! Beats the local news (lots of violence and officers shot here lately) and politics (rife with shit and fighting and sides and anger).

That's so true hedo, and therefor I like it here so much.
It is so great to experience what others here like to hear besides Pearl Jam! Sometimes unusual music and artists for me, but I really enjoy that. Hey and bc I'm from overseas it's even more interesting when it comes to older music.

I love when bands play together especially when they show respect for each other Generations and different kind of Music!

    Gorgeous!

My introduction to Cat was via Harold and Maude (great film, if you haven't seen it), and I've loved his music ever since.

Amos Lee is amazing! He went to school here (Univ of SC) so we kind of claim him even though he's from Philly.

That was a great band in the day! I saw them in August '82 at the S.F. Civic Auditorium when they had the expanded band with Adrian Belew, Stephen Scales and Bernie Worrell. Black Uhuru opened for them. Insanely good show. Byrne never stopped moving the whole time. Anytime he wasn't singing or playing guitar he was running circles around the stage. Amazing.
