I propose that we rename the stage left side of GA "McCreadyville" and I've already elected Mike as mayor of McCreadyville. I was a proud and totally satisfied citizen of McCreadyville the past 2 nights.

My Mike Love Story… I've told this on FB, but not on here…
Ok, here is the story 0f Philly1... As I am sure you all know, I make Pearl Jam related shirts for fun. Just a side hobby, not a big deal.
Well I made one from PJ's new single, "sirens" With the lyric "the fear goes away" on it.
But I changed the "o" in goes to a pink breast cancer ribbon. I'm selling them & donating $5 per shirt sold to Breast Cancer awareness.
I made one and brought it to the show with me last night. I attached a card to the shirt, explaining what it was about & what I was doing. And also thanked the band for inspiring me. I had no real expectations & didn't know exactly what I was gonna do, except try to get it on the stage.
When they started singing "sirens" I held the shirt up.. Mike noticed it right away, and I could see him squinting trying to read the shirt.
I pointed to him and the shirt & motioned that it was for him, I wanted him to have it. He nodded and acknowledged me & kind of let me know he would come back for it.
He came back again , but was still playing, but again, kind of let me know," I'm coming back to you." I don't remember if it was 1 or 2 songs later he came back & motioned to me, and held his hands out for it. I tossed it up to him & he caught it & said thank you & walked off carrying it backstage.
Then I think they played another song... Maybe 2.. I'm not sure.... Next thing I know Mike is in front of me again, motioning to me, that he had something for me. So I held up my hands and he tossed me a shirt.. When I looked at it, it was the one he had been wearing on stage the entire show. He went back & changed , then literally gave me the shirt off his back.
I also ended up with a guitar pick & it matched the shirt.
Pretty awesome!
And as if that wasn't enough... Eddie came over to me & shared his wine with me.
