    That's proof only if PJ had a tour scheduled and EV nixed it because of the MLB playoffs, a scenario which we could never prove or disprove.

    It seems a tad bit outrageous and perhaps diva-ish for the lead singer of a huge band to tell the five other guys he tours with that he will not tour in the fall for the foreseeable future - especially given the closing window of "bandhood" a rock band of their speed likely has left - because he wants to watch live baseball at most two and half weeks in one month. Just does not seem like the kind of thing EV would pull.

    His quote seems more in the vein of "the Cubs are looking good, I will bet they will be in the playoffs for years to come" more than an actual declaration that "I will not tour during any month where Cubs playoff baseball is potentially played." As far as tour prognostications go, I think the "EV won't tour in the fall because of the Cubs" speculation seems to be the most unreasonable/unlikely factor people point out.

    Hey Minnesota peeps!! Been a long time. I have two tix to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame that I purchased through one of the presales. I want to see if any of you are interested before I go out to the rest of the PJ Family. I don't want to make any money and want these to go to diehard PJ fans. I requested actual tickets and they are in the mail as I type. Once I get them, I can meet you some where around the Twin Cities area prior to April 7th. Total cost of the tix was $213.40.     damn! it'll be worth it. already got my tix. sucks a little bit that they're playing the night before fishing opener as i'll have to drive 3 hours AFTER the show so i can be ready to fish in the am. but i guess i won't whine too much given you'll be driving a lot more than that.
