NO CODE & YIELD - 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITIONS

Epic Records and Legacy Recordings celebrate Pearl Jam's 20th anniversary with the release of newly restored and expanded editions of No Code and Yield.

No Code and Yield will each be available in Definitive Legacy Editions, Deluxe Editions and together in a Limited Edition Collector's Boxed Set on Tuesday, November 29th. Each album will also be released in new commemorative, vinyl editions on November 30th.

Pre-orders for the No Code and Yield Limited Edition Collector's Boxed Set begin today at http://www.pearljam.com/no-code-yield.

Details on the new Reissue Formats of No Code and Yield are as follows:

- a previously unreleased acoustic version of "That Crazy Drummer Dave Was Always Armed";

- "Oh My God, Dave Is Now Pointing His Guns At Us" - a previously unreleased studio outtake;

- and the band's cover of Aerosmith's "Janie's Got A Gun" featuring Bruce Willis on backing vocals and guitar, with the word "Janie" replaced by "Davie".

* • The definitive Legacy edition of Yield includes three bonus tracks and item:

- the previously unreleased guitar/organ-only mix of "Fine, We'll Work With Ticketmaster Now";

- a previously unreleased alternate take of "Push Me, Pull Me" on the tuba, from the Yield session (recorded by Brendan O'Brien);

- a photo of Matt Cameron kicking Jack Irons down a flight of stairs, while grabbing his drum sticks.

2. Deluxe Edition (3 CDs or Digital Download Bundle at Various Digital Service Providers)

* • Deluxe Edition CD version - No Code and Yield will be available together in a CD deluxe edition which includes:

- the Legacy edition of each album;

- a copy of Live at the Downing Stadium, Randall's Island, New York, September 29, 1996, which was Pearl Jam's longest show at that time. A special performance recorded at the tail end of the mythic No Code tour.

3. Limited Edition Collector's Boxed Set (5 LPs, 3 CDs, 1 Cassette, Digital Download, Composition Notebook, Memorabilia-filled Envelope)

No Code and Yield will be available together in a limited edition collector's boxed set that includes 59 unique Pearl Jam performances on four CDs, five LPs and one cassette. The Limited Edition Boxed set is only available for sale at pearljam.com.

* • 80-page composition book filled with photos, drawings and artwork by Eddie Vedder and Jeff Ament, and including an actual photocopy of Mike McCready's "D" grade on his English homework, that he found when researching for this box set.
* • A glassine envelope containing a collection of No Code and Yield era memorabilia including beautiful lithographs of each band member, postcards, posters, lipstick-kissed photos and much more.

    It's missing all the best parts though, right? Ed's rant in Animal, Porch and the RS speech, Slow Jeremy, Long Road in the encore, Off He Goes.. somehow the tape was just not running during those parts..
