    Alligator Tail, taste like chicken.

I found Alligator to be quite rubbery with a hint of swampy fishy flavor...

Had squab, didn't think it was too gamey...didn't know what it was until I finished it though :?

rubbery? you're not japanese are you?
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

It was super greasy. It was roasted with carrots and potatoes and fresh herbs, but I couldn't get over the greasiness, so I dumped BBQ sauce and hot sauce on it. Then it tasted like BBQ and hot sauce.

ok, the next time I go to 'Alligator Soul' for dinner, I'll order the alligator, and report my findings for you here...deal? (I have been told that there is a huge difference between wild caught and farm raised)

Gremlin. And what's funny is that in all the rules involving gremlins, nobody ever mentions that you shouldn't eat one. Should be the first rule of gremlin ownership. Phew...

Dog, when I was in South Korea.
It's not nearly as common as it used to be,
as apparently South Koreans are starting to adopt
a more Westernized view of dogs as pets.
I apologize if I'm mistaken in that view.
Also, I ate live octopus in Pusan.
You gotta chew it really well, otherwise
(as the urban legend tells it)
a tentaclemight actually crawl it's way
    back up your windpipe!
    Cheers.
'Cause you don't give blood and take it back again.

    like beef leather
it had that horsey smell I kid you not
it was very delicate and tender though-they serve it with grated daikon, ponzu and scallions
    I would eat it again

but its not the most bizarre thing I have eaten
sea cucumber-man that was gross and I had to eat the whole thing-like six inches long-client dinner in China
the winner by far is shirako (google it)

Fish milt (semen, sperm, etc.)...lovely.

I think the most bizarre thing I've eaten is a chicken heart.

Although I am still willing to try huitlacoche http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huitlacoche, but I couldn't find it in Mexico where it's very popuar, apparently it's a lot more common in the northern and central parts of the country and not on the Yucatan peninsula.

Yeah, especially when the most bizarre thing I've eaten looked like this (before turning into stew):
