    Probably central time because the farm where Bonnaroo is held is in that time zone.

    They have posted some riddles for the bands playing:

    "Janis Joplin's preserves will be served"

    Janis Joplen had an album called Pearl, preserves are Jam.

    Done deal.

    There's also the "hard substance, soft substance" clue. Pearls are hard, jam is soft.
