Roo 08 Lineup Hints on Radio Bonnaroo!
We may be months away from Bonnaroo 2008, and one of the best music weekends of the year, but we're MUCH closer to the day when Superfly/Big Hassle release this year's lineup. Moe and King B will definitely be on the scene in Manchester, TN with Moe Train's Tracks Podcast (TheMoeTrain.com) to bring you the best behind the scenes coverage!
Today on Radio Bonnaroo , the DJ has been giving clues as to who will be playing at Bonnaroo this year. So far, the clues have been:
"There is more than one Manchester..."
Sex Pistols reunion? Oasis ? The Verve ?
"Memphis is not Albany..."
Mr. B.B. King and Lucille are from Memphis...
But the third clue that they gave is easily the most revealing...
"Clouds taste this way..."
With the legions and legions of Flaming Lips fans who listen to Roo Radio, this is a no-brainer. The Flaming Lips have an album titled, Clouds Taste Metallic. Wayne Coyne said at Roo 07 that The Flaming Lips would be back "in a few years," so it can't be a direct reference to a return appearing of the Lips.
