Can someone please invite me to pearljamamerica? I think it's crazy that they have a forum thats invite only but oh well.

    Yeah I understand..But how can I contribute ideas and conversations when I can't join? I only found out about the site recently and hadn't joined or downloaded anything becuase I've been busy. I just had it in my bookmarks to sign up later..guess I can't do that now.

    I'm on the staff at pearljamamerica.com and we stopped doing the invite system a few weeks ago. Registrations are now open to all. Its a great community so come on over and check it. There are lots of bootlegs that we share freely and we encourage others to do the same.

    I'm glad pearljamamerica decided to make the forum open. It is the right thing to do.

    It really is a great forum and it has a lot of shows that are low circulation. They are in mp3 because they are mostly crowd recordings but the other bands trading list is cool too. Black Keys, U2, Tool, etc.

    i know this is the wrong forum, but this thread seems relevant..

    i've tried countless times to try and get two shows from '03 to no avail. all links i've found were dead/didn't work, and i've pointed that out...

    the shows i'm looking for are:
    Uniondale
    St. Louis

    ... any help would be much appreciated!

    I like the fact that they allow avatars. I find on message boards I notice/recognize someone's avatars easier than I do their screenname.

    The forums were down due to a small server outage but rest assured all is well. As for not seeing the forums with downloads, all you must do is register and all is viewable. This prevents excessive use of bandwidth regarding non-registered users hitting and running. We want to provide content to our registered members and VIP members without any issues of constant downtime on the server. Traffic has increased greatly on the site so we decided to make the bootleg forums only viewable to registered members. Just sign up and all will be available. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    PJ America is trully a great site. My bootleg collection has grown substantially since I joined. Yes there a few dead links, but the senior members of the forum are more than willing to reupload shows that have dead links.

    I recommend that everyone here check out the site.
