Target No Backspacer Merch WTF!!!

So my buddy, his gf, and I all make the hour trip to target today to get the new "backspacer" cd. I live an hour away from the closest target and they live just over a half hour. I meet them at there house and we drove to Target. We get inside and they have no backspacer merch AT ALL. Never got the shipment. The girl I talk to knew nothing about it, the sign was out promoting the album's release date. I'm really fuckin pissed at this point. So my buddy's gf starts talking to the girl behind the counter and gets her to check with other stores about the album. Turns out the nearest store that has the album is over an hour away from there and they only had two copies left, and they would hold one of them if we got there in an hour and a half. Total Bullshit, NO CDS, NO VINYL, NO T SHIRTS. Luckily for us there is an indie store about 20 min away and they have plenty of copies of everything!

If Pearl Jam wants to make an inclusive deal with a box store why don't they have there fucking shit together, You can't tell me that in all of New Hampshire one Target carries the shirts and nobody has the cd's.WTF!!! Then the shit from the ten club isnt here on time either. I had the last album from them a week before it was out in stores. Anyone else got o target and get sent away with nothing. Now I have to go back and buy a third copy if I want one of the free shows! GET IT TOGETHER

    I live in NH and got my 10c cd on Thursday. I did go to the Target in Somersworth this morning to get a shirt and they had nothing.

    Try Newbury Comics if it's close. They have dozens of CD's and quite a few vinyl.

    Yeah a friend of mine picked up BS on vilyl for me and I got a t shirt from a link someone posted in a thread. So it all worked out in a round about way.

    I did get a CD and rock band combo@ target, but I have been there twice the album plays but the rockband doesn't do anything, I have returned it twice, I get a code and follow the way to get it to work and it states invalid or code no longer good, I cannot afford to pay another 30 for something that doesn't work when I could have just paid for the album 11.99, I could only return it once. I love the album, maybe it is rockband we have emailed them but no reponse, I hope it gets cleared up otherwise I feel ripped off. Anyone else with this issue, any helping tips. I cannot get my money back, I have already used up my even exchange.

    I too am a NH resident. Not happy when I read on Friday that only ONE Target store in NH was carrying the T-Shirts. "No worries", I thought, at least the 10C CD will arrive soon. When the mailman drove by on Saturday with NO BACKSPACER, I was pissed, of course. I got up early this morning (8:32 -early by MY standards on a Sunday), and called the Target T-Shirt store to double-check before I made the 60 minute commute. No Ts, no CDs, nuthin'. Daunted, I called the Target 25 minutes away to verify availability. Jackpot! Although upon arrival, only FOUR CDs on the rack (and no Rockband version). I wish I was a Jay Z fan, as HIS CD had an entire rack! I grabbed the $12.00 disc, and checked out. I walked to my car disappointed, upset and more than a little peeved. In spite of my foul mood I opened the CD to listen to on my return home. By the end of the The Fixer I realized I had missed my exit. Midway through Just Breathe, I noticed that tears were running down my face. I am a 39 year old married father of a teen-age girl, and damn you PJ- you STILL evoke unbelievable emotions. Thank you PJ, all is forgiven... :)
