NEVER. I've always renewed with weeks to spare and I'm thankful that 10C now sends out renewal notices.
Don't remember what year I joined but it was the early 90s. In 2006 I renewed as usual and a glitch in the cart gave me a new number!!! I was on pins and needles waiting months while 10C worked to resolve the issue, simultaneously panic stricken waiting for the Hawaii show on sale dates to be announced. Nearly had a nervous breakdown but kept my 70xxx!!
Geez i have a hard enough time dealing with the fact that i didn't join in 92/93 when i was already a huge fan of the band...i don't know how id deal with forgetting to renew my 10C membership. I've had the same number since 2002 i believe, just wish i had gotten on the ball sooner.

I went from 154xxx to 4xxxxx. Oh well. There are worse things in life than losing ten club seniority. To be honest, I only got good seats with the low number in Nashville. 4th row in front of Mike two times. Other than that, I really never was close to the stage with 10 club tickets. I just like going to the shows. I'd rather be in the lawn than 25 rows back.
I let mine lapse back in '01 only because I was deployed overseas and (obviously) had a ton of other stuff on my mind at that point. I loved that number though. I think it was like 184***.

i joined in 96, let it lapse in the early 2000s for a year or so when pj announced a down under tour and left NZ out and went to Japan and then rubbed salt in the wound by mocking us... the membership fee was a lot of money for a student. Then I got a proper job and re-newed but they let me keep my number.
mine has lapsed like 5 or 6 times now...i dont care where my seats are- we end up behind or on side stage anyways. dont feel like payin for years when the boys are off.

If I think about it I realize my seats would be better had I kept it up and that bugs me, but the biggest reason I keep it up now is just to get access to the presale. Anything after that is gravy. No idea what my original number was.

Never! I believe I've had my 148XXX since around 96. Something like that. I did procrastinate joining for about a year and a half -- I think they should retro my membership # a year or two due to my inability to meet deadlines and get things done. It can't be my fault.

Joined in 2002, lapsed in 2005, maybe?- rejoined this year. There should be a "lifer" option. For instance, Rolling Stone mag would let you pay one lump fee for magazine service for life and would check in on you every couple of years to make sure you were still around. Couldn't 10c do the same?
originally joined in '96, but was only 15 at the time, so it wasnt easy for me to send in a check back then, I must've let it lapse around '99... Re-upped in '05 or '06 and have a 337xxx number now.
I joined in 98' after the MSG II 9/11/98 show. My # 183xxx. But im a little confused. A buddy of mine joined way after me and had let it expire then he re-joined and got a lower # then mine. Like 106xxx. so i really dont know how all this 10c #'s work. We shall find out 10/31 in philly. If he gets better seats and its not from the lottery i'll be pissed.

Mine lapsed in 2003.. I had been a member since 95', I had just given birth to my eldest child and had MANY, MANY expenses that come from being in a hopsital and such, so therefore i forgot to renew. I think i lost my old number too...not quite sure :? My Number is now 409xxx
Anyways I renewed back in 05' and HAVE NOT looked back!!!!
